Will your invoices satisfy our accounts department?
Yes. Our invoices show our ICE, tax ID, trade register number and VAT. On longer rentals we issue one monthly invoice, and we can add your purchase order number if you use one.
Can we rent a car for an employee for several months?
Yes, that’s exactly what our monthly plan is for, designed for assignments of 1 to 6 months. The rate is agreed upfront, servicing and assistance are on us, and extending is simple.
Do you deliver to our office?
Yes, anywhere in Greater Casablanca and up to an hour outside the city, including Casanearshore, Sidi Maârouf, Bouskoura, Aïn Sebaâ, the city centre and Mohammed V Airport. You can also pick the car up at our branch on Rue Ibn Hazm.
What happens if the car breaks down or is involved in an accident?
Every vehicle carries comprehensive insurance. If the car breaks down, we arrange assistance and send a taxi anywhere in Morocco, then replace the vehicle so your colleague stays on the road.
Can you send us your supplier documents?
Yes. Just email info@carhub.ma and we’ll send you our trade register extract, ICE, tax ID, insurance certificate and bank details directly. These documents are not published online.
What does the driver need to provide?
A driving licence held for at least 2 years and a valid ID or passport. Deposit terms are set out in the quote, depending on the plan you choose.
